Sales & Marketing Graduate

London | Hybrid Working | Competitive salary

Are you a marketing graduate or early-career marketer who's as comfortable in front of a camera and on the phone as you are behind a keyboard?

Consultax Chartered Accountants looks after the accounts, tax and compliance for small and medium sized businesses across the UK. FinanceBee is our own Making Tax Digital platform for sole traders, landlords and small businesses, and it's going to market soon. You'd be the person telling both stories.

This is an unusually broad role for a first or second marketing job. You'll write, film, run campaigns, speak to prospects and see the results of all of it in the numbers each month. We're a small team, so good ideas get tried rather than filed.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and growing our channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
  • Planning, filming and appearing in short form video explaining tax and accounting in plain English
  • Writing blog articles, landing pages, email campaigns and case studies
  • Keyword research, on page optimisation and reporting through GA4
  • Supporting Google Ads campaigns from setup through to results
  • Qualifying inbound enquiries and booking consultations and product demonstrations
  • Approaching accountants, small practices and local businesses through outbound activity
  • Attending networking events and building relationships with introducers and professional contacts
  • Reporting monthly on leads, conversion and campaign performance, with your own recommendations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
