The Role
Over a 3-year program, you’ll get to work across three 12-month rotations in Sales and Marketing. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts, and skills across key commercial areas, including Sales Revenue Planning, Brand Management, and Customer Development.
- Year 1 - Sales Planning: Where you will build commercial understanding through hands-on experience with key KPIs, forecasting, and category planning, while working cross-functionally across the business.
- Year 2 - Marketing: Where you will gain understanding of brand strategy and brand management, whilst developing first-hand experience of working with agency partners.
- Year 3 - Sales Account Management: Where you will work directly with customers and build practical experience in customer management, selling, influencing, and negotiation.

Candidate Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree or degree equivalent.
- Mobility to relocate - we ask for all Graduates to be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles, this may be domestically and/or internationally.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office.
- Travel: Ad hoc travel may be required dependent on role and business need.
- This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
Other Information
- Start date: September 2026.
- Starting salary: £35,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Closing date for applications: midday Monday 12th October 2026.

- We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices on Thursday the 19th and Friday the 20th of November. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
