General Description Of Duties
- Reporting to their own on time & Area Managers.
- Surprise visits with Site-Incharge to take their feedback and work on it.
- Arranging W/O of Area Manager.
- Being Well Groomed & maintaining discipline & behaving well with the client.
- Informing the office of new joining Supervisors or Area Managers.
Core Responsibility
- New Recruitment of Supervisors & Area Managers.
- Monthly Once: Each Site Meeting with Workers & solving their queries.
- Reporting to do list of Area Manager to Ajay Sir on a Daily Basis.
- Weekly Thrice: Compulsory meeting with Area Manager.
- Monthly Once: Compulsory meeting with Supervisor & Area Manager.

Terms & Conditions
- If a candidate wants to resign from the company, they must inform 15 days in advance.
- Uniform amount is payable after completion of 1 year to the date of joining.
- Salary of notice period will be paid as per company salary schedule.
- If work is not as per expectation, VR has the rights to immediately discontinue with the candidate.
- 15 days of training amount will be deducted if the candidate leaves within 6 months of joining.
