DIFY | London | Full-Time | £36,000 + 2% Equity | Starting January 2027
DIFY is building the operating platform for driving instructors and driving schools.
We are preparing to scale instructor acquisition, driving-school partnerships and learner demand, and we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to own that growth.
This is a broad commercial role spanning sales, acquisition, partnerships, field sales and marketing.
You will not simply manage campaigns. You will be expected to identify what works, build repeatable growth channels and manage the people executing them.
What you'll own
- DIFY's overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Instructor acquisition across field, digital and partnership channels.
- Driving-school outreach and commercial partnerships.
- Managing and improving DIFY's field-sales operation.
- Developing campaigns aimed at instructors, schools and learners.
- Building acquisition funnels and measuring CAC, conversion and retention.
- Testing new channels quickly and reallocating spend towards what works.
- Working with content and creative resources to develop campaigns.
- Building referral, promotional and launch campaigns.
- Supporting the commercial rollout of DIFY's instructor subscription plans.
- Developing sales processes, scripts, CRM workflows and reporting.
- Recruiting and managing future sales and marketing team members.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
