About Us

At NEOS Hospitality, we know that unforgettable venues are built on energy, community, and unforgettable experiences. As the powerhouse behind Revolution Liverpool, we’re looking for a driven, creative, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to own the commercial and brand heartbeat of our venue.

If you live and breathe hospitality, love building relationships, and know how to turn social buzz into packed-out venues, this is your chance to make a massive impact in one of the UK’s most vibrant cities.

The Role

As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be the single commercial and brand contact for Revolution Liverpool. You’ll drive pre-booked revenue (PBR) through corporate sales and proactive networking, while using compelling content, in-venue activations, and street promotions to drive footfall, engagement, and lead generation. You won't be doing it alone—you'll have the full backing of our central teams for content, brand assets, and analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving Sales & Business Development:
    • Handle inbound corporate and event enquiries, conducting show-rounds and client meetings to maximise conversion.
    • Be a visible presence across the Liverpool catchment, building strong relationships with local hotels, retail hubs, residential communities, and industry partners.
    • Own the venue’s networking calendar, attend regular events, and champion the brand on platforms like LinkedIn.
    • Drive student and university engagement across sports teams, societies, halls, and freshers' week.
    • Plan and execute targeted outbound activity all year round, with a major focus on delivering an incredible Christmas season.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
