Jimmy’s Pop Up creates memorable food and drink experiences in iconic London locations, including the South Bank and Somerset House.
We transform unique spaces into distinctive bars, restaurants and seasonal concepts that bring people together, combining great hospitality, creative thinking and strong commercial delivery.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to grow bookings, awareness and revenue across Jimmy’s Pop Up.
This is a hands-on role covering sales, private hire, marketing, partnerships, digital and social. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant bookings, private hire, group bookings and revenue
- Generate and convert new corporate, brand and partnership opportunities
- Manage enquiries, sales pipelines and client relationships
- Plan and deliver campaigns around launches, seasonal moments and key trading periods
- Create sales decks, newsletters and promotional materials
- Manage social media and digital content across key platforms
- Keep website, listings and booking information accurate and engaging
- Track performance and identify opportunities to increase bookings and reach
- Manage the events and bookings diary, coordinating activity across teams

About You
- Minimum three years’ sales and marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, events or F&B
- Strong commercial and sales skills with a track record of delivering results
- Hands-on digital and social media experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, creative and comfortable taking ownership
- Experience with booking platforms, CRM systems or Canva is a bonus
