Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Sales & Marketing department, comprising Marketing Executives and Business Development Executives.
  • Develop and implement iungo’s Marketing Strategy including its inbound content marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Report directly on divisional strategy and performance to the Group CEO.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies and partners on digital marketing campaigns, PR and political endeavours.
  • Drive the promotion and customer acquisition for our core offerings, including private onsite training, apprenticeships, and vendor certification exams.
  • Work closely with the wider business - including Operations, Finance, and Product teams - to align your marketing strategies with the overall corporate vision set by the Executive.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong leader with direct experience managing business development, marketing, and community personnel.
  • A full-stack B2B marketer with an understanding of traditional marketing and expertise in one or more digital marketing disciplines (not social media biased).
  • A strategic professional who is comfortable reporting to C-suite executives.
  • Someone with a passion for the tech and education sector, capable of understanding and marketing accredited courses like Lean Six Sigma, AWS, and PRINCE2.
