Role Description

We are looking for an Sales & Marketing Manager to join our commercial team and work across sales, account management, marketing, and business development. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can generate and develop new opportunities, manage selected customer relationships, support ongoing sales processes, and help keep our commercial activities moving efficiently.

You will work closely with the commercial, management, and technical teams, taking ownership of day-to-day opportunities and activities while contributing to larger accounts, strategic opportunities, and broader commercial initiatives.

An important part of the role is ensuring commercial activities continue smoothly across sales, customer communication, follow-ups, and internal coordination, particularly during busy periods, international events, and customer-facing activities.

What You'll Do

  • Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, research, networking, inbound leads, and lead-generation methods
  • Manage assigned sales opportunities and customer relationships, including follow-ups, meetings, proposals, presentations, and ongoing communication
  • Support the team across key accounts, strategic opportunities, international business development, and larger commercial projects
  • Coordinate day-to-day commercial activities across customers, internal teams, CRM, proposals, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Support marketing activities including LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, presentations, brochures, case studies, and other customer-facing materials
  • Research target companies, industries, markets, and partners to support sales and market development
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand customer needs and communicate our solutions clearly in a business context

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management, sales, business development, marketing, or a similar commercial role on a worldwide scale
  • Strong written and verbal English is non-negotiable
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or other technology-driven B2B environments is a strong plus
  • Ability to use LLMs and agentic AI tools effectively as part of daily work
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers
  • Good understanding of B2B sales and marketing
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of day-to-day activities
  • Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with sales, management, and technical teams
  • Experience with international B2B sales, CRM tools, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, events, technical sales, or industrial technology is a strong plus.

This is not a traditional sales position. You will work across sales, account management, marketing, and business development, with the opportunity to manage your own activities and selected opportunities while contributing to larger strategic initiatives. The role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, customer interaction, and being closely involved in the commercial growth of a technology company.
