Sales & Marketing Manager
London
Hybrid (3 days per week)
Our client is a well-established educational publisher with a respected portfolio of learning resources used by schools across the UK. They are now looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help shape the next stage of growth for their flagship education brand and strengthen its presence in an evolving market.

Must Haves
- Experience in UK educational publishing, K-12, EdTech, or the wider education sector
- Proven business development and account management experience
- Strong understanding of the UK schools market
- Experience developing distribution channels, partnerships, or routes to market
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth

About You
You're a proactive, commercially minded relationship-builder who enjoys being in front of customers and influencing strategy. You'll combine Educational Publishing market knowledge with strong commercial instincts and be comfortable working across sales, marketing, and product development activities.
You'll bring fresh ideas, be confident using technology, and have an interest in how emerging trends, including AI, may shape the future of educational products and services. Cultural intelligence and the ability to work effectively with international colleagues will be important in this role.
The Role

You'll help drive the commercial growth of a well-known education brand, working closely with senior stakeholders to expand market reach, develop partnerships, and achieve revenue growth through implementing a robust sales and marketing plan.
