Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000+ DOE + Performance Bonus

About GLOAT

GLOAT is a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle accessories brand on a mission to bring more joy to everyday rituals. From cosmetic bags and beauty accessories to self-care essentials, we create products that are stylish, functional and thoughtfully designed for modern life.

We're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an exceptional Sales & Marketing Manager to become a key member of our team. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious start-up brand and work directly alongside the founder, helping shape the future of the business. We're looking for someone bright, commercially minded, highly organised and hungry for responsibility. Someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys taking ownership.

This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane.

You'll be involved in almost every area of the business, from marketing and PR to partnerships, retail growth, agency management and day-to-day operations.

The Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination across the business.

You will work closely with the founder to ensure projects are moving forward, opportunities are being pursued and external partners are delivering results.

You'll oversee marketing activities, manage agencies and freelancers, support retail growth initiatives, assist with PR campaigns and help keep the business running efficiently as we scale.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions. Someone who naturally takes ownership rather than waits for instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing

  • Oversee the execution of the marketing strategy across all channels
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate activity between internal teams and external agencies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
