Role Overview
Synchro Sales is seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Manager to drive rapid expansion across the Sunshine Coast. You will spearhead B2B acquisition, execute performance marketing campaigns, and lead a high-performing team to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic BD & Sales:
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles, closing high-value accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Target key Sunshine Coast business sectors with tailored pitches and value propositions.
- Maintain a strong, high-converting pipeline to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of sales executives and marketing staff.
- Run regular stand-ups, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and joint sales calls.
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
Targeted Marketing:
- Align local digital, event, and outreach marketing with outbound sales targets.
- Execute lead-generation strategies (SEO/PPC, LinkedIn, local sponsorships) to capture demand.
- Optimize lead-nurturing workflows to shorten conversion cycles.
Performance & Operations:

- Monitor pipeline metrics and campaign data to make real-time strategic adjustments.
- Manage customer acquisition costs (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Key Requirements
- 2+ years leading combined B2B sales and marketing operations.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex sales pipelines.
- Proven experience managing and coaching team members.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRMs, marketing automation, and pipeline tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the Sunshine Coast regional market.
