SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – HOSPITALITY
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
I am working with an established hospitality business in London looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales across their busy operation.
This is a sales-led role with a strong focus on tour and travel, MICE, groups and events. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with agents, partners and corporate clients, developing new business and maximising incoming opportunities.

The Role:
- Driving proactive and reactive sales across tour and travel, MICE, groups and events
- Building relationships and partnerships across the London market
- Managing enquiries, sales pipelines and CRM activity
- Supporting local marketing, events and commercial activity
- Working closely with the operational teams to drive revenue

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong hospitality sales background
- Tour and travel experience essential
- MICE and group sales experience
- Good knowledge of the London market
- Commercial, confident and target driven
- CRM experience – Tripleseat advantageous and OpenTable desirable
