Job title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: London, England (multi-site, on location)

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 plus bonus

About the group

Our client is a founder-led independent restaurant group and one of the most talked-about names in London dining. With five sites across north, south, and central London, including a major new West End opening this year, the group has earned national award recognition and five-star reviews from the capital's leading food press. The brand love is real. This role turns it into awareness and revenue.

The role

As the group's first dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager you will report directly to the founders and lead sales and marketing across all five sites. Your focus is twofold: raising brand awareness as the group scales, and driving sales across the portfolio. You will inherit an established marketing colleague who will focus on social media under your direction, so your energy goes on the bigger commercial picture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
