About Hablo

Hablo is the global B2B travel trade engagement and training platform connecting destination management organisations (DMOs), airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers with a global community of travel agents. We help our partners educate, engage, and incentivise the agents who sell their destinations and products to build sales confidence and driving measurable commercial results.

Founded in 2020, Hablo is scaling fast. We're the platform behind California Nova, built for Visit California and launching in Q4 2026 to replace their long-standing STAR programme. We've recently expanded into new international markets across Scandinavia, and we're actively growing our footprint across North America, Asia, Australasia, and beyond.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid sales and marketing role at the heart of Hablo's growth. Reporting into the Head of Sales, you'll combine hands-on sales execution (building and progressing pipeline with DMOs, airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers) with marketing delivery that supports new product launches, brand campaigns, and personalised user journeys across Hablo's online platform. You'll be a driving force behind how Hablo wins, retains, and grows its client base as we expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

SALES EXECUTION

  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects across DMOs, airlines, hotel groups, and other travel suppliers
  • Support the Head of Sales with weekly pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting on deal progress
  • Own an outreach cadence with prospects and clients monthly platform performance updates, quarterly case studies, and follow-up around major industry events (WTM, ITB, IPW)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
