Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Newmarket, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow GLRE’s commercial glazing services, including lead generation, client outreach, and conversion activities.

Daily tasks include:
- Managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Developing content and collateral
- Tracking performance metrics
- Maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels
The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities, prepare proposals and presentations, and support tenders and bids. The role also involves:
- Nurturing existing client relationships
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Ensuring that all marketing and sales activities reflect GLRE’s commitment to sustainability, diversity, and responsible business practices
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, account management, and relationship-building with commercial clients.
- Marketing strategy and planning skills, such as campaign design, brand positioning, market analysis, and performance reporting.
- Digital marketing skills, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and basic analytics using tools such as Google Analytics or CRM systems.
- Communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, proposal writing, and delivering client-facing presentations.
- Organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Beneficial Experience:
- Experience in B2B or construction-related sectors, glazing or facilities management, and an understanding of ESG and sustainability-focused marketing.
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with proficiency in standard office software and collaboration tools, and the ability
