Role Description

This part-time Sales Marketing Manager role is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that support sales, including refining value propositions and crafting clear messaging for technical and service-based clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing campaigns
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing assets (such as website copy, sales decks, and social media content)
  • Coordinating with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals

The Sales Marketing Manager will:

  • Analyze performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing strategy skills, including campaign planning, value proposition development, and positioning.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, such as website optimization, SEO content, and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities for presentations, proposals, sales decks, and client-facing materials.
  • Ability to work with technical or specialist businesses, translating complex concepts into clear, commercially focused messaging.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management tools).
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B or SME environments, preferably within technical, engineering, or service-based sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a part-time, hybrid setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
