Remote-based in the UK | Flexible schedule | Results-based compensation

Not every experienced professional is looking for another conventional position. Some reach a point where greater flexibility, personal responsibility and a stronger connection between their own activity and their results become increasingly important.

Lifeinion identifies and initially assesses suitable professionals interested in a self-directed sales and marketing pathway connected with an established international organisation in the personal development sector.

We’re looking to connect with commercially minded professionals who enjoy meaningful conversations, are comfortable working independently and understand that meaningful results require consistent effort.

This is not a salaried position with Lifeinion. Compensation is results-based and linked to individual sales performance.

The Role

Your focus will be on generating qualified interest and guiding prospective customers through a professional decision process. Typical activities include:

  • Creating qualified demand through digital marketing and professional outreach
  • Engaging with people interested in personal and professional development
  • Conducting structured discovery conversations
  • Understanding individual needs and assessing fit
  • Guiding suitable prospects through a clear decision process
  • Following up consistently with prospective customers
  • Using established digital tools, marketing resources and structured sales processes
  • Tracking activity and continually improving sales and marketing performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You won’t be expected to create products, tools or processes from scratch. You’ll have access to established personal development programmes, structured onboarding, digital resources and ongoing professional guidance.

What You Bring

We’re particularly interested in professionals who bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, business development or another client-facing field
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in professional conversations
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • Personal drive and consistent follow-through
  • Confidence working independently and organising your own activity
  • Genuine interest in personal and professional development
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn a structured approach

Previous digital marketing experience is useful but not essential.

What This Requires

This pathway is best suited to someone who understands that meaningful results are developed over time. You should ideally be able to allocate approximately 10–15 focused hours per week or more, depending on your goals and availability.

Generating qualified interest requires consistent marketing and customer-acquisition activity. Depending on the approach you choose, this may include organic marketing, professional outreach and paid media.

There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed level of earnings. Results depend on individual activity, execution and sales performance.

What You Can Expect

  • Remote-based activity within the UK
  • Flexible schedule design
  • Established personal development programmes
  • Structured onboarding
  • Digital marketing tools and resources
  • A structured sales process
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Guidance from experienced professionals

Could This Be a Good Fit?

This may suit you if you are deliberately exploring a more self-directed professional direction. You enjoy communicating with people, are commercially minded and value flexibility while understanding the responsibility that comes with it. You are willing to learn, take consistent action and give a professional sales and marketing process enough time to develop.

It is unlikely to be the right fit if your primary priority is a guaranteed monthly salary, immediate income or a passive side activity.

The Next Step

If this sounds aligned with what you’re looking for, apply through LinkedIn and complete the short screening questions.

There is no cost to apply or to participate in the initial information and assessment process. The initial process is designed to determine whether there is sufficient mutual fit before moving to a more detailed conversation.
