Company Description

Speak Up London is an award-winning, British Council-accredited English school (awarded 10 Strengths) - located on Oxford Street in the heart of London.

The school offers a truly international environment, welcoming students from over 100 nationalities and providing courses such as General English, IELTS, and Business English. With more than 650 active students, experienced teachers deliver personalized, interactive lessons supported by flexible timetables and free speaking and communication classes. The location provides easy access to London’s shopping, culture, and entertainment, making study both enjoyable and memorable. Role Description - B2C or B2B

This is a full-time role for Sales and/or Marketing Positions. The role involves promoting Speak Up London’s courses, managing inbound and outbound enquiries, and guiding prospective learners through the enrolment process. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sales consultations
  • Maintaining relationships with current and potential students
  • Providing high-quality customer service at the school and online

The role also includes:

  • Supporting marketing campaigns
  • Contributing to social media and promotional activities
  • Participating in events or open days to increase brand visibility

Team members may also help train new staff on sales processes and communication standards to ensure consistent, student-focused service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse learners and respond to enquiries professionally.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet enrolment targets, follow up leads, and manage the student pipeline.
  • Experience in Training or coaching team members on sales techniques, customer care, and product knowledge.
  • Previous experience in education, language schools, or service-oriented environments is beneficial.
  • Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, email platforms, social media) and basic marketing knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team, manage time well, and adapt to a hybrid work setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Relevant education or professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business are desirable.
