ETAC Power specializes in the supply of industrial and commercial generator systems across North America. With a focus on reliability, performance, and application-specific solutions, we provide diesel and natural gas generator systems tailored to the needs of industrial, commercial, utility, and critical infrastructure applications.
About the Role
ETAC Power is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support our business development and brand growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and promoting ETAC Power’s products and services across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ETAC Power’s generator systems, power generation equipment, and related power solutions to effectively support customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, utilities, and industrial customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and product information.
- Represent ETAC Power at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software is considered an asset.
- Experience preparing quotations or responding to RFQs is considered an asset.
- Experience in generators, power generation equipment, or the electrical power industry is considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time, Permanent
- Starting at $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Dental care
- Extended health care
- Paid time off
Language Requirement
- French not required
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
