Role summary
The Sales & Marketing Senior Officer is responsible for growing enrolments across Choices International's residential and day camps, football academy and sports scholarship programmes. The role manages agent and partner relationships, runs the sales process from first enquiry to confirmed enrolment, and delivers marketing activity that supports those goals, while meeting our safeguarding, GDPR and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
Sales and partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with agents, schools, clubs and partners in priority markets
- Identify and approach new agents and partners, and negotiate agreed terms within company guidelines
- Handle enquiries and proposals, follow up consistently and convert them into enrolments
- Meet agreed targets for enquiries, conversions and revenue per programme
Marketing
- Plan and deliver campaigns across email, social media, the website, events and partner channels
- Take charge of publicity campaigns, from planning and briefing through to delivery and results
- Be responsible for website content, keeping programme pages, dates, prices and information accurate and up to date
- Prepare and send newsletters to agents, partners and families, and keep them regular, accurate and on-brand
- Work with the marketing team to review and approve social media content before publication, ensuring it is accurate, consistent with our brand and compliant with safeguarding and data protection standards, particularly where images of minors are involved
- Prepare brochures, presentations and programme information, ensuring accuracy and consistent branding
- Manage the marketing calendar and budget, and report on return per campaign

Coordination and administration
- Work with the admissions and social media team to ensure smooth handovers, accurate information and deadlines met
- Maintain the CRM so records are complete, current and compliant
- Produce monthly reports on pipeline, conversions, agent performance and campaign results
Compliance and safeguarding
- Ensure all communications and materials comply with data protection law and company policy
- Handle the personal data of minors and their families with care, following safeguarding procedures
- Raise any concerns about conduct, contracts or compliance with senior management promptly
Representation
- Represent Choices at fairs, workshops and agent visits, including international travel

Person specification
Essential
- 3 to 5 years' experience in sales or marketing, ideally in education, student travel or sports programmes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven ability to manage client or agent relationships and close sales
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Strong organisation, follow-up discipline and the ability to work independently
- Understanding of GDPR and safeguarding when working with minors
Desirable
- A second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Arabic)
- Experience with international agents or the football academy sector
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends during peak periods
Key performance indicators
- Enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rate
- Number of active agents and new partners signed
- Revenue against target by programme
- Campaign results against budget
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting and CRM data
Probation and review
Performance reviewed at 30, 60 and 90 days against agreed objectives, with a formal review at the end of the probation period.
Salary and benefits
Package: Competitive base salary + uncapped performance bonus based on sales targets achievement.
