We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Solutions Architect to lead the architectural direction and governance of key Sales, Marketing, and RES platforms, such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, Seismic, and other relevant business solutions.

- Co-own the IT architecture strategy for Sales & Marketing technologies, ensuring alignment with DHL Group and business objectives.
- Lead architectural governance across Sales, Marketing, and RES platforms, including Salesforce, AEM, Workfront, Seismic, and other relevant solutions aligned to business needs.
- Drive the development and implementation of architecture roadmaps, standards, and plans that support business growth.
- Provide architectural oversight across projects, promoting scalable solutions and adherence to enterprise guidelines.
- Define and design solution architectures across applications and integration touchpoints.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, platform evaluations, and solution comparisons to support strategic decision-making.
- Review and challenge solution proposals from internal teams and vendors to deliver optimal business outcomes.
- Evolve the domain architecture landscape, including capability models, data flows, integration maps, and transition states.
- Partner closely with business, engineering, and project teams to align technology decisions with business needs.
- Influence cross-functional teams and vendors, championing best practices, innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the CoE.
What are we looking for from you?
- 6+ years of experience in architecture roles, with a strong track record of delivering architecture strategy, governance, and business-focused solutions.
- Strong expertise in multi-platform enterprise environments across Sales, Marketing, and RES domains, such as Salesforce, AEM, Workfront, Seismic, and other relevant solutions.
- Proven experience within Sales, Marketing, Digital, or related business domains, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong solution and enterprise architecture expertise, including integrations, data flows, and platform interoperability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Collaborative leadership experience, driving best practices, mentoring colleagues, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in related field (master's degree preferred but not required).
