The Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) is one of the oldest independent, membership-led professional organizations serving global clinical researchers. For over 40 years, ICR has offered high-quality training, networking, and career-long support to clinical research professionals. The Institute focuses on defining professional standards, providing forums for discussion of key industry issues, and promoting collaboration with other healthcare-related groups. It is dedicated to enhancing professional competence and strengthening public confidence and understanding of clinical research. ICR values meaningful, non-promotional dialogue and invites members to contribute to an informed and supportive professional community.

Role Description
- Support membership growth (outreach, renewals, follow-up)
- Create and manage LinkedIn & email content
- Promote events, training, and membership benefits
- Help coordinate webinars, courses, and events
- Keep things running smoothly with light admin support
About you
- Experience in marketing, admin, or sales support
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Confident with digital tools and social media
- A flexible “get stuck in” mindset

The role
- 10–15 hours/week (flexible)
- Remote (UK-based)
- £35 per hour
