Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, business development, marketing, and day-to-day sales activity.
The role will focus on:
- Finding new opportunities
- Following up with prospects
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Handling enquiries
- Helping convert leads into bookings or property management agreements

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required in sales, marketing, lead generation, business development, hospitality, property, real estate, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident communicating with prospective clients, property owners, and customers.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and online research platforms.
- Property management, serviced accommodation, hospitality, or B2B sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Must be results-driven, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
