As part of our UKI Mid Market organization, you will gain hands-on experience across sales, customer engagement, account management and commercial operations while working towards a recognized apprenticeship qualification. Throughout the three-year programme, you will be supported by experienced sales professionals and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to build a successful career in technology sales.
What You Will Do
- Maintain CRM data by updating stages, close dates, next steps and contacts
- Support account planning through research and stakeholder mapping
- Assist customer engagement by capturing meeting notes and ensuring follow-up
- Help with quoting, approvals and deal progression using trackers
- Prepare proposals and presentations using Lenovo templates
- Support lead generation and campaign execution with targeting and outreach tracking
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, channel and technical teams
- Develop product knowledge across Lenovo’s portfolio and go-to-market strategy
The Skills You Will Bring
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Proactive attitude with interest in sales and technology with attention to detail and strong organization
- Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively

What We’re Looking For
- Eligibility for UK Sales Apprenticeship with GCSE English Maths
- Commitment to a 3-year programme and ability to work from Farnborough
