Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based at Cook Residential Estate Agents in Cheltenham.

The Sales Negotiator will handle day-to-day property sales activities, including managing buyer and seller enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and providing clear, timely feedback to clients.

The Sales Negotiator will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service.
The position requires a professional, client-focused approach and a strong commitment to achieving successful outcomes for all parties.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience within estate agency, residential property sales, and/or lettings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and as part of a team.
- IT literacy, including use of CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
- Previous experience in estate agency is essential.
- Full UK driving licence for conducting viewings.
