Sales Negotiator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, negotiating sales, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About Us

At Cooper & Co, we take a different and very hands-on approach. Every client gets direct communication, honest advice, and a strategy that’s tailored to our clients and their property. Whether they own a 1 bed flat or a 15 bedroom manor house. We offer professional photography, 3D walk through videos, drones. Local & regional advertisement as well as social media and online presence. Combined with personable, empathetic and experienced advice. We are a 7 day a week operation with our offices open and manned every Sunday and offer extended hours until 6pm to make sure we are maximizing your chance of selling. That’s why today over 80% of our available properties are sold subject to contract. Because we are good at what we do.

Job Type

Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Salary

Competitive salary (dependent on experience) plus commission and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and generate valuations.
  • Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Keep accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Stay up to date with the local property market and competitor activity.
  • Cover sales progressions on occasion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to suitable vehicle (required)
  • Good local knowledge of Worcestershire
