Role Description
The Sales Negotiator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brentwood. The Sales Negotiator will handle day-to-day estate agency activities, including managing property listings, arranging and conducting viewings, and following up with prospective buyers and sellers. Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in estate agency work, particularly in residential sales and lettings.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing property transactions.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Brentwood, managing multiple properties and client queries.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort using digital tools and property-related software; willingness to learn new technology platforms.
- Valid driving license and access to transport for property visits and client appointments (if required by the role).
- Previous experience in the property sector or a related field is essential.
