Sinclair Hammelton is an independently owned estate agency specializing in all aspects of residential sales and lettings within the Bromley Borough. The company offers a bespoke service that blends contemporary techniques with traditional values.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based in Bromley. The Sales Negotiator will manage day-to-day activities including:
- Handling buyer and seller enquiries
- Conducting property viewings
- Presenting suitable properties to prospective clients
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Progressing agreed sales through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures

Qualifications

- Experience working with estate agents or in a residential property sales and lettings environment
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated sales abilities, including negotiation, closing deals, and working to targets
- Understanding of lettings processes, tenancy agreements, and related property legislation is beneficial
- Comfortable using property software, CRM tools, email, and standard office applications
