🚨 WE’RE HIRING — SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR 🚨
We’re growing. And we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. 👊
Our Harris + Wood Chesterwell team is going from strength to strength, and we’re looking for an ambitious, hungry and driven Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join the team.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply wants to turn up and make a few calls...
We’re looking for someone who wants to be better.
Someone who is commercially minded, competitive, hungry for success and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding results for their clients.
🏡 What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience within residential sales estate agency
- A driven, ambitious and positive attitude
- Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Someone who wants to be part of a successful, growing team — not just another number

💰 OTE: £40,000–£50,000
Basic salary dependent on experience, with an attractive commission structure and plenty of opportunity for progression.
