We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our busy Cambridge office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious estate agent who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers move home, providing first-class service throughout the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties.
  • Arranging and conducting accompanied viewings.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Progressing agreed sales through to exchange of contracts.
  • Providing regular communication and updates to buyers, sellers, and solicitors.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
  • Working closely with our valuers to maximize every opportunity.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous estate agency experience.
  • Is confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
  • Is organized and able to manage a busy workload.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary (Negotiable upon experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • £30,000-£40,000 OTE depending on experience.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:30pm
