Role Description

The Sales Negotiator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Northamptonshire. The role involves managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, including conducting viewings, following up leads, and providing clear information to prospective buyers and sellers. The Sales Negotiator will also support branch sales targets, contribute to marketing activities, and ensure that all interactions reflect the company’s service standards and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge or interest in working with estate agents and residential property sales and lettings.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport, managing expectations, and resolving issues professionally.
  • Sales skills, including lead follow-up, offer negotiation, and working towards individual and branch targets.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using office software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools relevant to property promotion.
  • Previous experience in estate agency, property, or a client-facing sales environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work on-site in Northampton, collaborate within a team, and maintain a professional, client-focused manner.
