Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.
The basic salary is £25,000 with on target earnings of £5,000 in commission
About the Role
It involves:
- Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
- Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
- Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.

About You
We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal.
- The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
- Able to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in property is preferable however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered.
