We're hiring: Sales Negotiator, East Sheen

Sceon+Berne is an award winning, genuinely independent estate agent serving Barnes, East Sheen and Mortlake. We've built our reputation on exceptional client service and doing things differently from the bigger corporate agents, and we're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join us at our flagship boutique office in East Sheen.

This is a full time, sales only role (no lettings involved). You'll be managing a portfolio of properties, handling buyer and vendor enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and helping deals progress through to completion, working closely with solicitors, surveyors and everyone else involved along the way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • High energy and outgoing, genuinely enjoys being on the phone and meeting people
  • A strong team player
  • Motivated and target driven
  • Confident, well organised and comfortable managing several things at once

Estate agency experience would be great but isn't essential. If you've got a strong track record in sales, client service or a similarly fast paced customer facing role, we want to hear from you.
