Role Description
The Sales Negotiator role at FULFORDS ESTATE AGENTS LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Plymouth. The role involves managing property enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and following up with prospective buyers to progress interest in available properties. The Sales Negotiator will negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, provide regular updates to clients, and support the sales process from initial instruction through to completion. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records on internal systems, liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders, and delivering a professional, customer-focused service that supports branch sales targets.

- Experience or strong interest in estate agency, with knowledge of residential property sales and lettings.
- Excellent communication skills, including confident verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and working towards individual and branch targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborating within a team.
- Basic IT proficiency, including use of CRM or property management systems and standard office software.
- Previous experience in estate agency or related property roles is advantageous; a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be beneficial for attending appointments.
