Sales Negotiator | East London
A highly respected, market-leading agency in East London is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their successful and growing team. With an excellent reputation and strong relationships across the East and Central London property market, they have access to a consistent flow of quality sales stock and are looking for an ambitious, personable individual to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career, or someone with strong customer service, sales or property experience who is keen to kickstart a successful career in estate agency.

The Role:
- Register and qualify applicants
- Conduct viewings across East London sales stock
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Match buyers with suitable properties
- Generate and follow up new business opportunities
- Progress sales from offer through to completion
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a professional client experience
- Act as a strong ambassador for the business and its reputation
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve individual and branch targets
The Profile
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident, articulate, and personable
- Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
- Ambitious and proactive, without being overly aggressive
- Naturally relationship-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organised, accountable, and able to take ownership
- Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Energetic, positive, and sociable
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Central London property market
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Open to experienced Sales Negotiators or strong trainees with transferable sales/customer-facing experience

Package:
- Basic: £20,000 plus DOE (experienced negotiators will be higher)
- OTE: £35,000 plus DOE

Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10:00am-4:00pm, with a day back in lieu
