Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

Davis Tate is looking to hire an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join our Wantage branch.

The role will be primarily responsible for generating property sales by building strong relationships with clients, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

    • Register new buyers and vendors, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings.
  • Sales & Negotiation:

    • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
    • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
    • Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Development:

    • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
    • Promote additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in property sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of the local property market (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
