Sales Negotiator

Salary: £38,281 per annum
Location: Wiltshire
Hours: 37 hours per week

Are you a driven property sales professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales targets?

We're looking for a confident and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our hard working team. You'll play a vital role in selling both Shared Ownership and Open Market homes, helping customers navigate their home-buying journey while ensuring business sales targets are achieved.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and being at the heart of a fast-paced property sales environment.

What you'll be doing

As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you'll take ownership of the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to handover to the Sales Progression Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, qualifying and nurturing all sales leads and customer enquiries.
  • Conducting viewings, open days and sales events across our developments.
  • Supporting customers through every stage of the purchase process.
  • Assessing eligibility and affordability for Shared Ownership purchases.
  • Working closely with financial advisors, solicitors, mortgage providers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Preparing sales documentation and ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
  • Monitoring and managing void properties to minimise vacancies and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to support successful sales completions.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering requirements and relevant property legislation.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while managing enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
