Overview
Slades are the market leading estate agent in Christchurch and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time negotiator. Any successful applicant would be based at our busy Head Office in Christchurch Town Centre and enjoy a varied and rewarding position.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and attend to anyone that walks into the office.
- Register applicants/vendors and liaise with various parties to book in appointments.
- Conduct viewings.
- Provide feedback to clients.
- Negotiate offers.
- Work to make sure sales are progressing as planned and keep everyone updated.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.

Requirements
- Working alternate Saturday.
- Administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Full UK Driving License & use of a vehicle.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Experience in estate agency is preferred although not essential.

Pay
£27,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
