An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the sales team of an established and highly regarded residential developer, working on a new-build development in the Norwich area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with customers, delivering exceptional service, and, importantly, converting enquiries into sales.

The Role

As Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and handover, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and engaging with prospective buyers, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Conducting viewings and presenting properties to their best advantage.
  • Qualifying buyers and understanding their individual requirements.
  • Following up enquiries and maintaining regular communication with prospective purchasers.
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
  • Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system.
  • Supporting the wider sales and marketing strategy to maximize reservations.
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous Luxury sales experience, ideally within new homes, estate agency, or a developer environment.

You will be:

  • Confident, personable, and commercially minded.
  • A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and motivated by achieving sales.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple purchasers at different stages.
  • Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great buying experience.
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team.
  • Professional in your approach and confident representing a premium residential development.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.
