Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking to start a rewarding career in estate agency?
Intercounty is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our successful Great Dunmow team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants, vendors, and buyers.
- Stay informed of local market trends and property values.
- Support the wider team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- A positive, professional, and confident approach to dealing with people.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A motivated, target-driven attitude with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
