The company offers sales and lettings services, providing local market knowledge and personalized support to clients. The Ware office provides a central, accessible location for engaging with a broad range of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based at the Ware office. The Sales Negotiator will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, including registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, and providing feedback to sellers. Daily tasks include negotiating offers, progressing sales, maintaining accurate records on internal systems, and ensuring consistent communication with clients and solicitors. The role also involves supporting lettings activity where needed, promoting available properties, and delivering high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to meet branch targets and uphold the company’s professional reputation.

- Experience within estate agency or property-related roles, including an understanding of residential sales and lettings processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, explain information clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven customer service and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual or team targets.
- Ability to handle negotiations confidently and fairly, securing outcomes that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties and client interactions simultaneously.
- Comfortable using office and estate agency software systems; numeracy skills for handling offers, prices, and associated costs.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly beneficial for attending viewings and valuations.
- Previous experience in the local Ware, Cheshunt, or Buntingford property markets is an advantage but not essential.
