Role Description
The Sales Negotiator (Arabic speaker) is a Part-time role, responsible for managing the sales and lettings process from initial inquiry through to deal completion. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conducting property viewings
- Presenting suitable properties aligned with client requirements

The role involves:
- Negotiating offers
- Preparing and following up on sales and lettings documentation
- Ensuring a smooth progression of transactions
Additionally, the Sales Negotiator will:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Support marketing efforts for new listings
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality client experience tailored to international investors
