Sales Negotiator – Greenwich
Location: Greenwich, South East London
Basic Salary: £28,000
Car Allowance: £2,970
OTE: £60,000–£70,000
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded residential property business looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join its Greenwich office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced, customer-facing side of estate agency and wants to focus on selling property, managing buyers and progressing deals.
Importantly, this is not a valuation or instruction-winning role. You won’t be expected to carry out market appraisals or generate listings. Instead, your focus will be on working with the stock available, building strong relationships with buyers and converting opportunities into agreed sales.

- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Following up enquiries and proactively managing your applicant database
- Keeping momentum throughout the sales process
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure clients receive an excellent service
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping on top of your pipeline
Who We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone with previous residential estate agency sales experience who is:
- Confident and personable with buyers and vendors
- Strong at building rapport quickly
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Comfortable negotiating offers
- Proactive with applicants and follow-up
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Professional, polished and customer focused
- Motivated by commission and earning potential

Package
- £28,000 basic salary
