Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based in Tuxford. The Sales Negotiator will manage a portfolio of properties, handling inquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting clients through the full sales process.

  • Supporting vendors through the sales process
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed in line with company procedures and relevant regulations
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Providing clear and timely communication
  • Delivering high-quality customer service
  • Collaborating with the business owner to meet individual and team targets
  • Contributing to local market insights and marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Experience working within estate agency or property-related roles, including familiarity with sales processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of clients and stakeholders
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client care
  • Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing transactions to meet or exceed targets
  • Knowledge of local property markets and basic understanding of relevant regulations and documentation
  • Ability to work on-site in Tuxford, manage time effectively, and handle multiple properties and client needs concurrently
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and standard office software to manage leads and records
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous experience in sales, or a related field is beneficial; formal qualifications in business, property, or a similar discipline are an advantage but not mandatory
