About Barrain London
Barrain London is entering an exciting period of growth with the opening of our new Canary Wharf office. We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join our growing sales team and play an important role in establishing our presence across Canary Wharf and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator who wants to develop their career within a growing independent London estate agency, with strong earning potential and clear opportunities for progression.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, generating new business and contributing to the overall growth of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing buyer and vendor enquiries professionally
- Conducting property viewings and following up leads
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Generating new business and identifying sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with vendors to achieve successful sales
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Supporting the wider team in growing Barrain London's market share
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results.
You should have:
- Previous experience within residential estate agency or a strong sales background
- Proven ability to build relationships and convert opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A target-driven and proactive approach
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ambition to progress within the property industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
