Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

Location: Dulwich, South East London
Salary: £35k + Annual Bonus

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency with an excellent reputation across South East London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales or property who is looking to take their first step or further their career into the property industry.

No previous estate agency experience is required - full training, ongoing support and clear career progression will be provided.

Sales Negotiator - Role:

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain hands-on experience across residential sales and lettings while learning everything you need to become a successful negotiator.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Sales s team with the day-to-day running of the office
  • Assisting with property viewings and learning how to showcase homes to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Building positive relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
  • Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Assisting with property enquiries and keeping clients updated throughout the process
  • Learning how to generate new business opportunities and build your own client base
  • Keeping property records and marketing details up to date
  • Working in a busy, friendly office where you'll receive ongoing coaching and support

Sales Negotiator About You

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a long-term career in property.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, leisure, banking or customer service or sales
  • A confident and professional communication style
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, motivated approach and a desire to build a successful career
  • A full UK driving licence (or be working towards obtaining one)
