We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our client's dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help foster strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals that benefit both our clients and our organization. Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with potential clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions
- Conduct negotiations confidently to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Manage a pipeline of leads through organized follow-up and timely communication
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the client base
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales progress using organizational tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support administrative tasks related to sales documentation, contracts, and reporting as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer-facing role demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clients and expand market reach
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about sales techniques and negotiation strategies

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
