MovingWorks is growing, and we’re looking for two brilliant people to join our team.
🏡 SALES NEGOTIATOR
A proactive, target-driven role for someone who loves property, people and making things happen. You’ll be building relationships with buyers, generating and conducting viewings, matching people with properties, negotiating offers and working closely with our Property Partners to get sales agreed. We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercial, energetic and motivated by results.

✨ PROPERTY CONCIERGE
A varied, client-focused role combining exceptional service, property marketing and sales support. You’ll help look after our sellers throughout their journey, coordinate property launches and marketing, support social media content, communicate viewing feedback and work with buyers to generate viewings and offers. Perfect for someone who is highly organised, brilliant with people, creative and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
For both roles, estate agency experience would be an advantage, but personality, attitude and transferable skills matter just as much to us. We’re an ambitious, marketing-led estate agency with exciting plans for growth across Lancashire, so there’s plenty of opportunity to develop your career with us.
