Role Description
The Sales Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Raunds, responsible for managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion. Daily tasks include:
- Handling buyer and seller enquiries
- Conducting property viewings
- Providing detailed information about listings
- Following up with prospective clients

The role involves negotiating offers, presenting them to vendors, and guiding both parties through each stage of the transaction to secure successful outcomes. The Sales Negotiator will maintain accurate records, update property listings, collaborate with colleagues in sales and lettings, and ensure a high standard of customer service at all times. This position requires consistent on-site presence to support walk-in clients, attend appointments, and build strong relationships within the local market.

Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including experience in property sales or estate agency environments.
- Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in speaking with clients, negotiating terms, and presenting property information clearly.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport, understanding client needs, and providing a professional, responsive experience.
- Knowledge of estate agents’ practices and processes, including local market awareness and basic understanding of lettings.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Raunds, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process.
- Comfortable using standard office software and estate agency systems to manage listings and client information.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or related customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous for attending property appointments.
