ABOUT KENSINGTON
KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is an international luxury real estate brand established in 1998, with a growing presence across more than 5 countries.
Our London business specialises in residential property across some of the capital’s most exciting and desirable locations, from character homes to prestigious new-build developments.
As we continue to expand our London presence, we are building an ambitious, international team and are looking for talented individuals who want to develop a successful career in property.
You do not necessarily need years of estate agency experience. We are interested in people with the right personality, commercial mindset and ambition who learn quickly and are motivated to succeed.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious and confident Turkish-speaking Sales Negotiator to join our growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about property, enjoys working with people and wants to build a career within the London real estate market.
You may already have experience in estate agency, property, sales, luxury retail, hospitality, finance or another client-facing environment. Equally, you may be at an earlier stage in your career but have the drive and ability to develop quickly. A key part of the role will be working with our Turkish-speaking buyers and investors, alongside our wider UK and international client base.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
